The #HSSD and CHI St. Vincent will host a Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic at the HSSD Welcome Center on Wednesday, July 21 from 2:00 - 4:30. Anyone is welcome to attend; Individuals 12+ can receive the Covid-19 Vaccine.

The HSSD and district food service provider Chartwells will again offer FREE, fresh, and tasty meals throughout the summer on Mondays - Thursdays, June 21 - August 5. Thursday meals will include bundled items for both Thursday/Friday for each individual. All summer grab-and-go meals are FREE to children ages 18 and under. Join us at the HSSD Welcome Center at 702 Main Street on June 18 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. for a free, voluntary Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic. This Vaccination Clinic is open to any individuals in the community who are 12+ to receive a first OR a second dose of the Pfizer vaccine (*individuals receiving a second dose should be sure to bring their Vaccination Card.)

Join us Thursdays June 24 - July 29 for the #TrojansRead Summer Book Bus Route! During all #TrojansRead Book Bus stops and events, books are open to individuals of all ages, and from any school or program; Books are entirely free to everyone!

Athletic Physicals are scheduled for May 27, 2021 in the Trojan Arena starting at 1:30 p.m. for our 7th-11th grade athletes. Coaches are distributing forms to athletes, or you can find one to print and complete in this update.

The HSSD will host a third Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic on May 28 for individuals in the Trojan Community ages 12+. CHI St. Vincent will administer the Pfizer Vaccine at this event. Find links to a Vaccination Clinic Interest Survey and a Vaccination Consent Form, in this update.

The Hot Springs World Class High School will proudly host a Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2021 this Thursday, May 13 at 7:30 p.m., at the Hot Springs Convention Center - Bank OZK Arena. Tickets are required for entry. The Graduation Ceremony will be livestreamed to the Hot Springs World Class High School Facebook Page (@HotSpringsHighSchool) on Thursday evening at at 7:30 p.m. A recording of the Ceremony will also be published to the #HSSD Youtube Channel and shared (here) to our district website and school social media pages for later viewing.

This Thursday, May 6, the HSSD will host another free, voluntary Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic at the Hot Springs World Class High School Dance Studio (next to the Auxiliary Gym) from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. A first OR second dose (for those who received a first shot at the April 15 Clinic) of the Pfizer Vaccine will be administered by medical professionals. This Vaccination Clinic has been coordinated through the Garland County Covid-19 Task Force. All members of the Trojan community (16+ years of age) are invited to attend.
